Boiler Fault Finding is for existing gas engineers or ACS approved gas operatives including newly qualified ACS engineers, who are looking to enhance their practical skills with further technical support on boiler maintenance, fault finding and repair.
Who is this course for?
Engineers can avoid wasting the clients’ money and appearing incompetent having misdiagnosed the boiler fault. Engineers are taught skills needed to gather detailed information, work on a cause-and-effect scenario and use a logical comprehensive sequence to determine the fault.
We regularly train gas engineers with over 30 years’ experience, often from leading gas companies who have put their diagnostic laptops aside and left with more skills than they came with. Rather than relying on technical equipment, engineers can diagnose a fault easily with their personal knowledge and skillset.
Why train with us?
Boiler Fault Finding is a solid start to be able to progress onto other fault-finding courses on Y-Plan, C-Plan, W-Plan, S-Plan, S-plan plus, U-Plan, room stats, cylinder stats, control wiring, frost stats, pipe stats, programmers and wireless stats. This course is a must for engineers working on systems with motorised valves and gives engineers that ‘eureka’ moment when a grey cloud of wiring becomes child’s play.
