The Protective Equipotential Bonding (PEB1) course is for engineers involved in repositioning, altering or extending the Protective Equipotential Bonding (PEB) conductor when changing the position of domestic gas meters within a dwelling and associated outbuildings and locations.
Who is this course for?
This course is great for an existing gas engineer who wishes to extend their scope of work and conduct work related to current and earthing.
Why train with us?
This course, formally known as the Main Equipotential Bond (MEB), is of limited scope and therefore, where any confusion arises regarding electrical installation, it is advised to seek advice from a competent electrical engineer before work is continued and carried out.
Due to the nature of the work, it would be advantageous for a candidate wishing to take this course to have basic electrical knowledge.
