This course is designed to help plumbing and heating engineers demonstrate their expertise in installing and maintaining unvented hot water storage systems. Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible for membership in an Unvented Hot Water Competent Persons Scheme.
Working on unvented hot water systems with capacities over 15 litres is legally restricted to those with a recognised qualification.
Completing the course enables participants to expand their service offerings. Qualified operatives will be recognised as competent in designing, installing, servicing and maintaining unvented water systems, allowing them to self-certify their work and ensure compliance with Part G of the Building Regulations.
Our students complete an intensive 1 Days training course:
This one-day intensive training will equip you with the recognised qualifications needed to work legally on unvented hot water systems, expand your service offerings and self-certify your work.
