This course is for those with no experience in the renewable technology industry wishing to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in the installation and maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic systems. This qualification is based upon the National Occupational Standards as published by industry and is recognised by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme registration bodies as an acceptable qualification to join the scheme.
Our students complete an intensive 2-week training course:
Assessment is carried via practical observed assignment, written assignment and multiple choice examination. The assessments are open book and use the applicable standards and regulations.
