Refund + Returns

At Get Training Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality training and assessment services, along with a straightforward booking experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so please read our policy carefully to understand your payment, cancellation, and refund options.

Payments and Bookings

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid within 7 days of the booking date.
  • Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of your training and/or assessment.
  • Results and certification will only be released once full payment has been received.
  • Get Training Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel assessment times and dates. Please confirm your attendance before arriving.
  • This policy applies to all bookings made online, by phone, or in person.


Payment Process:

  • Standard Courses
    • Deposit is made to secure your booking.
    • Balance payment is due upon arrival for your course (registration).

  • “Pay in 4 – Get to Gas” Courses
    • Deposit is made to secure your place.
    • Payments are made at each of the first four course attendances.


Cancellations, Rebookings, and Transfers

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your course begins.
  • If you fail to attend your course without prior notification, Get Training Limited reserves the right to take full payment, as our payment provider (Square) securely holds your card details.
  • You may rebook your course once free of charge, providing this is done at least 24 hours before your start time. Any further rebooking will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your deposit payment or signed contract (in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Cancellations received after this period will result in full payment being due, and any deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Should you cancel your course less than 30 days prior to your start date, you will be liable to pay the full course fee. This also applies if your booking was made within the 30-day period.
  • A substitute candidate may be provided at no cost.
  • All notifications of cancellation or transfer must be made in writing to the Centre Manager at:

Charges and Late Payments

  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to commencement.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except where a course start date is changed with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • If payment is not made in accordance with the booking terms, Get Training Limited may charge interest at the statutory rate specified in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • For customers using Get Training Limited’s finance package, once your finance agreement has been signed, you will have 14 days to cancel the agreement.
  • Finance must be in place at least 20 days prior to your course start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Warranty

Get Training Limited warrants that in carrying out its training services, it will exercise all reasonable skill and care expected of a professional training provider experienced in such work.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice if:

  • The other party fails to remedy a material breach within 30 days of written notice;
  • The other party enters administration, liquidation, or bankruptcy;
  • The other party ceases or threatens to cease trading.
